Product Overview
The Monkeypox Virus Antibody Rapid Test Kit is designed for the qualitative detection of IgG and IgM antibodies against the monkeypox virus in human serum, plasma, and whole blood. This rapid test aids in the preliminary screening of potential monkeypox infections.

Important Information

• Storage Conditions: Store in a dry place at 2-30°C, protected from light. Do not freeze.
• Validity: 24 months from the production date. Use within 1 hour after opening the foil bag.
• Sample Types: Whole blood (venous or fingertip), serum, or plasma.

Test Components

Testing Procedure

1. Allow the unopened kit to reach room temperature before use.
2. Prepare the test pad on a clean, flat surface.
3. Using the straw, add one drop of the sample and two drops of the diluent to the test pad.
4. Read the results after 10 minutes (valid for up to 20 minutes).

Result Interpretation

• Positive: Red lines appear in the control (C) and either the IgM (M) or IgG (G) areas.
• Negative: Only the control line (C) is visible.
• Invalid: No control line (C) or only test lines visible.

Limitations

• Results are for qualitative screening only and should not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis.
• Negative results do not rule out monkeypox virus infection. Retesting may be necessary for suspected cases.

Precautions

• For one-time use only.
• Ensure proper sample collection and storage to avoid inaccurate results.
• Use within the specified validity period.
• Do not use if the package is damaged.
